LaRue Tactical’s Aimpoint Micro QD mounts are the bran’s most popular for one simple reason. They work.
They aren’t finicky. And they make it possible to pull off your optic, slap it back on later, and never worry about your zero.
Each LT660 mount is precision-machined from bar-stock aluminum. They’re finished with a matte black anodizing to reduce glare and enhance durability. This working finish is meant for rifles that ride in trucks, get dragged through dirt, and see weather that makes its own plans.
The heart of the system is LaRue’s Speed Lever. It locks up solid, adjusts easily, and gives you true quick-detach capability that won’t blow your confidence.

LaRue also doesn’t nickel-and-dime you on the small stuff. Every mount ships with replacement mounting screws and wrench, a QD adjustment wrench, a vial of blue Loctite, and clear instructions. That means you can mount it properly right out of the box without having to dig through your toolbox.
The LT660 series covers a wide range of setups. The LT660 mount allows ⅓ co-witness with iron sights, sits 1.64 inches over the rail, and pairs cleanly with standard M4 carbine and AR-15 flattops.
The LT660HK Lower 1/3 Co-Witness version drops to 1.31 inches over the rail and is built specifically for HK-height iron sights. It’s worth noting that this is not an absolute co-witness option on a standard AR-15.
For shotguns, PS90s, and AKs, the LT661 Short mount gets the Aimpoint Micro down low and sits just 0.84 inches above the rail.
