Most youth hunters are rapidly growing, making it difficult to keep a bow that fits them. While that problem has been solved by bows for many years now, the 2026 Diamond Radian does it in a fresh way.
“This is the new [updated version of the] Prism,” said Diamond’s Jackson Huston. “It’s a split-limb bow. It’s more for the youth with a draw weight ranging from 10-55 pounds. It’s 16 1/2 to 29 1/2 inches in draw length. So, it fits a wide range of people.”
“Every serious archer starts somewhere, and the Radian is built for those who want more from their first bow,” Diamond said. “Designed specifically for youth and smaller-framed shooters, the Radian delivers the performance, components, and adjustability typically found in bows built for adults.
“Lightweight, loaded with premium features, and built to grow with them, the Radian proves you don’t have to sacrifice quality for size.”
As noted, the adjustability is the key thing with this bow. While it’s certainly not the first bow to accomplish that, it definitely does it while maintaining quality that oftentimes sacrifices in bows with such a wide range in adjustability. As the specs show, it has great variability in draw length and draw weight.
“Another cool upgrade is the metal mods,” Huston said. “These are very durable and easy to adjust. That’s important for a lot of pro shops. All of the screws and mods are aluminum. That helps with adjustments, taking out screws, and reinserting them without wearing out over time.
Included accessories? The bow incorporates a three-pin sight, full-capture brush rest, Furnace quiver, peep sight, and D-loop. Basically, it’s ready to hunt.
“It comes with a good sight,” Huston said. “This is a three-pin that’s really easy to adjust. It offers micro-adjustments for elevation and windage.”
Want that special look? Colors are available in black, forest, sandstone, or Mossy Oak Bottomland. Choose the solid or combo that fits your style the best.
Overall, the Radian is a sweet rig. It’s enjoyable to shoot. This is a very smooth bow. Younger and smaller-framed shooters will enjoy using this bow and deploying it in the field.
“If you have kids that are in the Prism age group, I definitely recommend the new Radian,” Huston concluded.
